I am absolutely delighted to be able to say that I am once again open for face-to-face Physiotherapy Consultations.
Due to the Covid-19 guidelines put in place by my governing body, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), I have a new way of working.
Before any face-to-face consultations can take place we will conduct a phone or video consultation to discuss the process involved in treatment and discuss what is the best route forward for you.
If we both agree that a face-to-face consultation is the best next step in your treatment plan then we will book you in for an appointment. You will have to complete a consent form which will be send to you with your appointment notification. At present all appointments will take place at Panacea Physiotherapy in Binfield Heath, Henley-on-Thames. Appointments can only be a maximum for 30 minutes - which adheres to the CSP guidelines - and will be at the new cost of £45.
If either of us show any presentation of Covid-19 symptoms I will not be able to treat you in the clinic, there is no cancellation fee if this does occur. During the treatment you will be asked to wear a face mask, I will also be wearing PPE.

I am so happy to be able to see my lovely clients again, but I completely understand that some people may not feel that Physiotherapy is the right thing for them to proceed with at the moment. I am still here if you need me and if a face to face consultation isn't the way forward for you at present then video consultations are still a great way to help you manage your ailments. The feedback and testimonials I've had about these during lockdown has been wonderful. Take care Vicky x
