It's been six weeks since I held my first Pilates Classes via Zoom. It's been a steep learning curve but it's one that I've both relished and enjoyed.
I was a little nervous in all honesty, as usually anything technical in the Panacea household gets immediately delegated to my husband. But I've been coping with the technical aspect of it all and he's never far away for advice. Obviously, as with anything new, there's been the odd hiccup but we're all getting there.
What has been really enjoyable is seeing everyone enjoy the classes. The people seeing people factor has been a boost to all and the feedback I've had, has been great, and appreciated.
I've also had many '1-to-1 Classes via Zoom', and am now introducing 'Family Pilates via Zoom' where the whole family can take part if they wish. All from the comfort of your own home!
Technology eh? It's been a revelation. It is important that we adjust to the new World we're living in and I'm trying to make it as easy as possible for my current patients, clients and class members, as well as new signups. The irony is that my Pilates classes have been fully booked for years and now, using the technology at our fingertips, I can reach many, many more who would like to join. So if you would like to join a Pilates Class via Zoom (currently Thursday Mornings 9.30am-10.30am), an Evening Class (currently Monday 7pm-8pm) via Zoom or have a 1-to-1 Zoom Pilates Session, please don't hesitate in dropping me an email, calling me or using the contact form at the bottom of the page. Stay Safe and be well. Vicky x
